Privacy policy

What the tool processes: publicly available source videos and their machine-made transcripts (for structural analysis), the operator's own generated scripts, voice-overs and videos, and the operator's OAuth tokens.

Where data goes (processors):

• Google (Gemini API) — the full transcript of each source video is sent to the Gemini API for structural analysis, and the resulting structure (never the transcript) is sent again for script generation. The source video itself never leaves the operator's machine. Google processes paid API inputs under its terms and does not use them to train its models.
• Microsoft Azure — temporary video hosting for Instagram uploads, EU region. Each file is deleted by the tool as soon as Instagram has processed it, and in any case by a daily storage lifecycle rule within about 24–48 hours.
• Pexels — stock footage retrieval.
• YouTube (Google), TikTok, Meta (Instagram) — publishing to the operator's own accounts.

Tokens: OAuth tokens stay on the operator's own machine and are never uploaded anywhere.

Retention: the downloaded source video and its audio are deleted when a job is approved, or by a weekly clean-up for jobs not approved within 7 days. The transcript, the derived structure and the perceptual hashes of the source are retained with the job as originality evidence for as long as the generated video is online. Generated media and OAuth tokens are kept until the operator deletes them.
